These Terms of Use (these "Terms") are a legally binding agreement between users ("you") and ZILLIA TECH LTD, legal address: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ ("we", “our” or "us"), which regulate the conditions and rules of using the Shipment Hub (the App, Software).
Agreement to Terms
Before using our App, please read these Terms and the [Privacy Policy] carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you are prohibited from using the App and must discontinue use immediately.
By accessing or registering in the App, you confirm that you agree to be legally bound by and comply with these Terms. If you disagree, please stop using the App.
By using the App, you confirm that:
You have read, understood, and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
You are over 16 years old. If under 16, a parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy on your behalf.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials.
Specific Restrictions
We do not provide services related to this App to individuals residing in the following countries or territories: Belarus, Russia, the occupied regions of Ukraine (including Crimea), Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Venezuela.
We reserve the right to terminate this agreement without refund or compensation and deny access to the App to anyone who supports aggression against Ukraine.
Use of the App and Its Functions
Parcel Tracker – Shipment Hub allows users to track packages from various couriers in one centralized interface. It helps manage shipments, view real-time updates, and receive notifications from multiple delivery services.
End-User License Agreement (EULA)
We grant you a personal, worldwide, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Subscriptions and Charges
Subscription options and pricing are shown within the App. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store, and refunds are governed by Apple’s own policies.
Third-Party Websites and Services
The App may include integrations or links to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZILLIA TECH LTD and its employees, affiliates, and contractors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will function uninterrupted or be error-free.

By accessing or registering the App, you agree to the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, processing, transfer, and use of your personal data as described therein.
We do not knowingly process the personal data of users under the age of 16. If you are such a user or the legal representative of such a user, please contact us.
